Aww-w Ms Lindly. You will always be the queen of color to me. Thank you for bringing your talents to all of us not only in polymer clay but every other medium. I will always remember the time I spent across from you at our Metro Detroit Guild Retreat.
Again, thank you.
Phyllis Crawley
p.s. May God bless you and yours in the coming New Year.
Second thought on “photo Gallery”. It’s a rather strange story of how I became a poly clay fan. I was looking for a material that would allow me to make things that was flexible and something I could mold to create the images that had popped into my mind. Seeing your work I think you’ll understand that. So I’ve been teaching myself through trial and error ( many errors actually) what this marvelous material is capable of. I’m still very early in the process but have figured out most of the basics. Understanding the different types of clay was a major breakthrough. I’m now working with the Sculpey medium blend and that seems to be perfect for some of the small and more detailed work and is very strong. Upon seeing your work for the first time today I became really excited and felt an immediate connection to a fellow traveller so to speak. I’m by no means even in the same universe as you and probably will never be but just seeing what you do has had a profound impact on me and is really inspiring. I will be following your work and hope that if you are ever in S.W. Florida ( Naples) I’ll be able to attend a workshop.
My best to you and yours from my family and myself,
Joe Adams
